New Manager Intensive

*half day, full day, and 2 day available

The New Manager Intensive is a deep dive into the world of management as a new leader. We'll cover a range of topics that leave each participant prepared to take on their new role with the confidence and resources to be successful. Topics covered:

  • Transitioning into the manager role

  • HR for Non-HR managers

  • Finance for Non-Finance managers

  • Strategies for building a high performing team

  • Performance management basics

 

Communicating as a Leader 

*half day only

This workshop reviews the basics of leveraging communication to provide impactful leadership. Topics covered:

  • Communication styles

  • Navigating communication with virtual teams

  • Giving and receiving effective feedback

Party of One: Managing the Learning Role as a Team of 1

*full day only

Participants involved in the one day intensive will walk away with the confidence and insight to tackle the challenge of managing learning programs as a team of one. Some topics covered:

  • Planning and prioritizing within your program

  • How to leverage internal partners for program success

  • Building influence and authority within your organization

  • Addressing the challenges of being a team of 1

Each workshop includes participant workbook, hands-on activities, and follow-up activities.
